Today’s prompt is to write a response poem. I thought I would write my response to the only poem I posted last year in November “Imagination’s Playground.”
Logic’s Office
the unimaginative death
is an office of impossibilities
until the doors open
and the windows let the light in
and the focused light ignites a spark
then there are only two impossibilities:
inertia and acknowledgment
then there is only
to walk into the light
.
